Indonesia Earthquake: How to help

This online-how-to-help Indonesia Eartquake is taken from a page of my friend who did a small research for people who want to help victims of Indonesia earthquake from a distance. Referring to what is written in her page Please forward to any potential donators, I am forwarding this to all of you who might be interested or who might extend this message.

Thanks for your fingers Mer and may all of us be blessed!

----------------------------------
I made this 'call' mainly for those who want to donate from outside Indonesia. Please forward to any potential donators.

The magnitude-6.3 quake hit Indonesia (Central Java) on Saturday, May 26, 2006, flattened many buildings and killing more than 5,000 people. This nation's worst disaster since the 2004 tsunami also wounded thousands more. Hundreds of thousands are displaced. They need medical assistance, food, clean water, and shelters.

How you can help?

You can help the earthquake victims by making a financial donation to any of the following charities below.

I have done a small research and found out that these are established and trusted organizations. Those located in the US are registered as public charity with 501 (c) (3) status. All of them have specifically appealed for donation for Indonesian Earthquake of May 2006.

I fight...I know u are not merely that friend that makes me feel bad sometimes haha!I strongly believe that you really have the good heart!I love to see and read this kind of idea whenever there are disasters..showing concern...and help on their own little way!Small ways when put together became big.BIG HELP.In times like this,it shows who we really are as person.I forwarded it too, to friends connected in some churches and send it to some organizational foundations I searched.

YOU are WORTH...!Just feel my love and concern too when time and situation troubles you!

Disaster.... it is how you deal and recover with it...We have gone through a lot also...but something left...taught me Humility.

"When the foot of the' mountain is enveloped in mist, the mountain appears to us much loftier than it is; so also when the ground and basis of a disaster is not clear to us"
