Driving four hours from Colombo to Matara, along the west coast of Sri Lanka did not make me tired, neither make me bored. I could only see beaches, resorts, coconut trees, of course coastal residential areas which are one package with the sand, wave, sea and hazard. Being affected by the 2004 Tsunami, a lot of construction and rehabilitation works can be seen along the way: from Italian government, from American people, from Bangladesh's biggest NGO to local Sri Lankans.
